Led by Chef Eric and our talented culinary team, embark on a hands-on journey through the rustic techniques of open fire cooking, straight from our Montana farm nestled in the beautiful Cottonwood Canyon. Gain invaluable insights into open flame cooking methods, perfect for enhancing your culinary gatherings with friends and family.
This three-hour session caters to all cooking enthusiasts, regardless of skill level. Whether you adore fresh, wild game or simply crave a deeper understanding of open fire cooking, this experience is tailored for you. Discover the magic of wood-fired cuisine, explore flavor interactions with wild game, and master techniques such as dutch oven cooking, ash-roasting, grilling, and cedar-planking. Indulge in a feast prepared entirely over flames.
Engage in the cooking process and savor fire snacks and a communal meal, expertly paired with regional wines. Class materials, tools, and equipment. Abundant snacks, a fire feast, all non-alcoholic beverages (water, iced tea and huckleberry lemonade). Beer & wine available for purchase. The first round is on us. $150pp.
